Kaizen features for daily team reporting
Kaizen is built around one habit: everyone writes down what they did, task by task, before the day closes. Every feature below exists to make that habit take thirty seconds instead of thirty minutes.

Writing the day, one task at a time
Each person picks their name, picks the area they produced for, and adds one rounded block per task. Blocks are numbered, autosaved as they type, and can be edited all day long without losing anything already written.
At 23:59 on weekdays the report is finalized automatically, consolidated per person and emailed to leadership, so nobody has to remember to press a button.

Delegating work without a second tool
Tasks can be delegated to a teammate or to yourself, with a due date. The recipient is notified by email, sees the task on their board on the right day, and the moment it is completed it flows straight into that day's report.

Measuring time and output honestly
A floating clock widget times the current activity in the browser and pushes the elapsed time into the report. Those entries feed dashboards that show productivity per person, per area and per company over any period.
