Item-by-item daily reports that finish themselves

Most daily reports fail because they are written from memory at the end of the week. Kaizen fixes that by letting people add one task block at a time, throughout the day, from any device.

Last updated:

One rounded block per task

Every task is its own numbered block. There are no timestamps, no forms and no mandatory fields, so writing an entry feels closer to sending a short message than filling in a timesheet.

Everything is saved automatically as it is typed. Closing the tab, switching devices or losing connection never costs the work already recorded.

Automatic finalization at 23:59

People can press finish whenever their day ends. If they do not, Kaizen finalizes the report automatically at 23:59 on weekdays, groups every person's entries and sends one clean email to leadership and to the reports group.

History that belongs to the person

Each collaborator can reopen their own history and read back weeks of work. Administrators see everyone in one place, which makes reviews and one-to-ones factual instead of anecdotal.
