Task delegation that ends in a written report

Delegation usually disappears into chat. In Kaizen every delegated task has an owner, a date and a visible outcome, and closing it writes the result into that day's report automatically.

Assign to a teammate or to yourself

Pick who the task is for, write what needs to happen and choose the day it is due. Self-delegation is supported, so personal commitments live on the same board as everything else.

The recipient receives an email the moment the task is created, and the card shows who sent it, so ownership is never ambiguous.

Future dates and day-of reminders

A task scheduled for next Tuesday stays out of the way until Tuesday. On the day it is due it appears on the board and in the clock widget, and a reminder email goes out in the morning.

Completion writes itself into the day

When a task is marked done, the person who delegated it is notified and the entry is added to the daily report. Nothing is written twice.
