Productivity metrics built from real daily entries
Kaizen does not estimate productivity. It counts what people wrote: emails sent, follow-ups, campaigns, artwork, meetings, reviews and every other activity type, grouped by person, area and company.

Counted by activity type
Activities are categorised — writing, artwork, meetings, campaigns, testing, follow-ups, account setup and more — so a day of design work and a day of client calls are never compared as if they were the same thing.
Split by area, not just by person
Each area of the company gets its own view, which makes it obvious where the workload sits and where a team is quietly carrying more than it should.
Weekly and monthly digests by email
A digest goes out every Friday and on the last day of the month, so leadership reads a summary instead of chasing one. Administrators can open the dashboard at any time for the live view.
