A clock widget that records time where the work happens
The Kaizen widget is a small floating clock in the browser. Start it when an activity begins, stop it when it ends, and the elapsed time goes into the report with the activity name attached.

The widget floats above whatever tool the person is already using. One click starts the timer for an activity and a company, one click stops it, and the entry lands in the daily report with the time spent.
Today's delegated tasks, in reach
Tasks due today appear inside the widget, so the day's commitments are visible without opening the board. Tasks scheduled for later stay hidden until their date arrives.
Awareness, not surveillance
The timer exists so people can see their own rhythm: how long a task really takes, where the day fragments, what deserves a block of focus. The data belongs to the person first and the report second.
